Onigbinde Praises 'Thunder Balogun's Wife As Family Marks 25th Anniversary.

The former Chief of the Nigeria senior national soccer team, the Super Eagles, Chief Adegboye Onigbinde, has praised the late wife of Nigeria’s most celebrated soccer player in the history of football in the country, Teslim ‘Thunder’ Balogun, Alhaja Mulikat Balogun, as the family gets together in their home in Lagos, to mark her 25th year anniversary today May 25th 2023. Onigbinde, said in Ibadan that it was the late Alhaja Mulikat that motivated her late husband, to become Nigeria’s greatest soccer player and indeed a hero figure that he became nationwide. Onigbinde, who was Nigeria's first football coach to handle a Nigerian senior national soccer team to the FIFA World Cup finals at Japan/ Korea 2002. Surulere 1 & 2 CDCs pray for Gbajabiamila's worldclass sports facilities and developments in Surulere

In appreciation for the numerous wonderful works and developments done by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, The Right Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, which had helped lifted the living standards of Surulere 1 and 2 Constituencies respectively to international standards. The Surulere CDCs Community Development Committees, made up up of Surulere CDC, the Coker/Aguda CDC and the Itire /Ikate CDC will on Saturday May 20, 2023 hold special prayers for the Speaker. FIFA Council Member Pinnick Joins Liberian President To Launch New LFA Office In Monrovia.

FIFA Council member and CAF Executive Committee member, Amaju Pinnick, represented FIFA at the opening of the new Liberia Football Association Headquarters, an event that took place in the Liberian capital, Monrovia, on April 28, 2023. The immediate past First Vice president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, was also present at the occasion chaired by the Liberian President and former World Footballer of the Year, George Weah.
