Impressive Nigerian Striker Rofiat Sule Records Important Assist In Vincenza's Femminile 2-1 Win Over Venezia Femminile
Super Falcons Forward Rofiat Sule played an important role in her sides 2-1 win over Venezia Calcio in an Italian Serie C encounter on Saturday.
The Nigerian Forward has been an integral part of the team, since she joined from fellow Italian Club, Pink Bari ASD FC, last season.
The technically gifted player dribbled past two Venezia Defenders, before giving a sumptuous pass to Penzo Teresa, who wasted no time in slotting home Vincenza's first goal of the match.
Experienced Forward Martha Bosso made it two later on in the game to give the Veneto based side a well deserved win.
She was part of Nigeria's Wafu Women's Cup win in Cote d'Ivoire, where she scored thrice and provided four assists. She featured in the team's Olympic to (Tokyo 2020) qualifying campaign, which Nigeria failed to qualify.
The forward had started her football career with Jagunmolu FC and enjoyed a domestic breakthrough finishing as the Nigerian league topscorer back-to-back with 11 goals in 2015 and nine in 2016
