Victor Boniface; Super Talented Six-Foot Tall Striker Jose Peseiro Should Consider For The Super Eagles.

To say Victor Boniface has made a positive impact for Belgian top Division Side Union St. Gillioise in the Europa League this season would be an understatement. 

Union St. Gillioise signed Boniface last summer from Norwegian Champions FK Bodo/Glimt and has this so far appeared in 14 games total for the Belgian top side, scoring six goals and three assists in the process. The Young Forward has made tremendous progress in proving himself to be a valuable asset to the Club. In addition, he is solidifying himself as a huge part of the Club's future. 

A prolific goalscorer, Boniface has all the attributes of a complete centre-forward. He uses his sizeable frame to hold play up effectively and involve others. 

He has the pace and clever movement to run in behind; he can dribble and create; and he can finish with both feet and his head. He usually comes deep to collect the ball to help his team build play, often looking to spread the ball wide for a teammate, before turning and sprinting toward goal.

After winning two straight Eliteserien titles with the FK Bodo/Glimt from the far north of Norway and scoring 13 goals in 48 appearances in the process. This tactical analysis and scout report will take a deeper look at some of the strengths in the Nigerian’s game.

Boniface scored 23 goals in all competitions during his 66 appearances with Bodø/Glimt, a record of a goal roughly every three matches.

For a striker who stands at 6’4” tall, Victor Boniface is, as previously illustrated, very good with the ball at his feet and driving towards opposition defenders. The last section briefly highlighted the dribbling ability and close control of the Nigerian striker, but this next section will go into a little more detail on Boniface’s dribbling ability.

Strikers like Gabriel Jesus at Arsenal and Kai Havertz at Chelsea are two names that come to mind in that regard. Though not as good a passer as those two, Boniface is still a decent passer of the ball during attacking moments.

The Super Eagles literally has endless riches of unique and impressive talents. Jose Peseiro, the Head Coach of the Nigerian Senior Football Team, has the most difficult job in selecting players. However Victor Boniface Okoh has to be taken into serious consideration. 

Boniface has all it takes to fit in, to the Super Eagles squad, with all the qualities he posseses. He is fast, skilful and have a very good eyes for goals. For Jose Peseiro, the is an opportunity to groom the 21-year-old Forward for the Future and perhaps form a deadly partnership with Victor Osimhen and others, which will definitely spark up the Eagles Frontline. Long story short, one way or the other, the Super Eagles will be needing Victor Boniface Okoh soon.
