CAFWCL| Bayelsa Queens Kasali Happy With Bronze Despite Aiming For Trophy.

Bayelsa Queens Defender Rihanat Kasali has hailed her teammates, management and technical Crew of the 'Prosperity Ladies' after winning bronze at the just concluded CAF Women Champions League in Morocco.

The former Royal Queens Defence Marshall revealed that she and her teammates had set their sights on winning the tournament, but are content to settle for bronze. 

The Prosperity Ladies defeated Simba Queens FC of Tanzania on Saturday to settle for third position, just behind Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies and Champions ASFAR Ladies. 

"We really wanted to win the trophy, we wanted to be Champions, but sometimes, results don't come bye. 

"Looking at how much energy we put in every game and how we play, I think we deserve more. 


"The bronze is special to us and we are happy about that. I am positive we are going to get better and get a positive result next time". She Concluded.
