CAFWCL| Kasali Happy With TP Mazembe Win, Focused On Wadi Degla Game
Bayelsa Queens Defender Rihanat Kasali has noted that she and her teammates are now focused on their last group game against Wadi Degla Ladies FC of Egypt on Sunday.
The Prosperity Ladies won their Democratic Republic Of Congo Counterpart TP Mazembe Ladies by 2-0 on Thursday in Marakech with two first half goals from Ogoma Joseph and Chinyere Igbomalu.
The 'Saki' born Defender and her Bayelsa Queens teammates will now look on to their last game against the Egyptian Champions, after losing their first game against Mamelodi Sundowns.
"We are excited about yesterday's game, because it brings a form of relieve to us after losing to Mamelodi Sundowns in the first game.
"For us, the game is gone and we are now focused on our last group game, against Wadi Degla. The Egyptian team are a good side and we have to keep ourselves intact, so as to win and qualify for the Semi finals.
"We are ready mentally and physically and that says alot about how the game is going to go on Sunday." She concluded.
Bayelsa Queens will play against Wadi Degla on Sunday, while Mamelodi Sundowns will battle TP Mazembe at the same time.
