CAFWCL| We Need To Keep Our Heads Up - Bayelsa Queens Forward Anjor Mary

Anjor Mary's late goal wasn't enough for Bayelsa Queens to pick atleast a draw against Mamelodi Sundowns on Monday. The young Forward came in late in the game to keep hope alive for the Prosperity Ladies, but time wouldn't permit, as they ended up losing by 2-1.

The former Osun Babes Forward urged her teammates to keep believing and working hard towards their next two games, noting that she remains optimistic and confident that they would scale through, despite losing all three points on Matchday one.

"We are all disappointed over the result of the match on Monday, but wee need to pick ourselves up and keep our heads up. In Football, the games comes quickly and we were unfortunate on Monday, not to have picked atleast a draw.

"We have another game on Thursday and we need to put things right, by winning outrightly.

Anjor Mary's superb strike was voted goal of Matchday two at the ongoing CAF Women Champions League.
