Flamingos Forward Yetunde Ayantosho is excited over the team's bronze success at the just concluded FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in India.
The Flamingos won bronze after defeating Germany 3-2 via penalties on Sunday.
The German Die Nationalef came back from three goals down to earn a 3-3 draw against the Nigerian Side, leading to penalty kick, with the Flamingos winning by 3-2.
"I am really glad for what we have Achieved. It is a historical feat and one we are all proud of.
"The German team came strong, we were three goals up and thought the game had ended, but they came back smoking and equalized.
"We dedicate this victory to everyone that supported us from day one. We worked so hard and this isn't a fluke. We deserved it.
